Founded as Webb Corporation in Webb City, MO, the company operated as a military machining hub producing up to 20 units per day.
Webb Division of American Steel and Pump was acquired by The Marmon Group.
Corporate headquarters moved to Cullman, Alabama, into a 253,000-square-foot machining, assembly, and distribution facility.
The business expanded into OEM trailer wheel-end production with an IATF 16949 -certified facility in Tell City, IN.
Marmon Holdings, parent of Webb Wheel, was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway.
Launched Vortex Unlimited, a patented technology delivering cooler-running, longer-lasting brake drums with a patented wear indicator and patent-pending CRT vents.
Expanded product offerings to include ADB calipers, brake pads, steel shell brake drums, and pre-adjusted wheel hubs, all designed for superior performance that meet our customer's needs.
